In addition to the carefully selected tongue, the grilled dishes come with two types of sauce: a simple salt sauce that brings out the flavor even more, and a special sauce that adds depth to the flavor.Our menu includes the "Superb Lean Meat Yukhoe" that can only be offered because of the freshness of the lean meat, and the rare "Specially Selected Fillet Steak" that only accounts for 3% of the beef.Be sure to try Toraban's prized premium meat on a special occasion.
