If we are unable to confirm your reservation until the day of your reservation, or if you do not arrive within 10 minutes, your reservation may be cancelled.

・When making online reservations at our restaurant, even if you select a seat, it is still your preference.

Please note that we may not be able to seat you as requested depending on the reservation situation.

・When it is crowded, we will limit the time to 2 hours.

・Cancellations on the day or the day before, including reductions in the number of people, will be charged 7,000 yen per person.

*From December 1st to January 3rd, the above cancellation fee will be charged from two days prior to your visit.

・Cakes and message plates cannot be prepared at the store. You can bring your own cake (3,000 yen including tax/per group)
